Service Description
Looking for a great place to hold your party? The pavilion is the perfect place for you and your guests to sit and eat! Please Note: This rental is for the Pavilion ONLY, golfing/batting cage rates are not included! Included in Rental: * Picnic Tables * Seating for around 40 individuals * Field for activities * Parking for guests If you have any questions regarding parties/events, feel free to call our clubhouse! ⚠ PLEASE READ This is only a request to book a time! Your request will be reviewed by a staff member, to ensure there are no overlapped bookings. If the time requested is available, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send you an email if someone has already booked for your time and try to work with you to find an available time slot. Thanks for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be something that gets in the way of your booking! * If you wish to cancel due to weather, please call us immediately at (304) 366-9300. We will watch the forecast and work with you! * If you canceling for other reasons, please give us at least a 3 hours notice. All online bookings can be cancelled by clicking "Cancel Reservation" in the confirmation email sent to you. If you booked over the phone, you must call us to cancel your booking.
